Stock Confirmation & Deposit Arrangements

Due to rapid inventory fluctuations, please confirm availability with customer service before placing an order. Items will only be officially reserved once the deposit has been successfully received.

Items priced at HKD 5,000 or below: Full deposit required.

HKD 5,001 – HKD 89,999: HKD 5,000 deposit required.

HKD 90,000 or above: HKD 20,000 deposit required.

Note: Deposits are not eligible for any discounts, promotional offers, or store credits.

Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns

Once a pre-order is confirmed, it cannot be changed, cancelled, returned, or exchanged. If we are unable to successfully procure the item within the agreed purchasing timeframe, you may choose to either continue waiting for the next round of purchasing or receive a full refund of your deposit.

Except for the circumstance mentioned above, all deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Arrival Notification & Pickup Period

Customers will be notified once the item arrives at the store. The standard pickup window is one week.

To extend the pickup period: You must pay the remaining balance in full in advance to extend the holding period.

Overdue policy: If the collection is not completed within one month and the remaining balance has not been paid in full, it will be deemed a voluntary forfeiture of both the deposit and the item.
